As a fair-haired boy from the Mid-West, I went off to join the Navy and sail the seven seas. Did that–and much more–by the time I retired from military service. Earned a B.A. in International Relations, lived overseas for 9 years, literally flew around the world twice, and retired a second time. I can cook, carry on a reasonably intelligent conversation. and I stay active in my local community. I was a Navy Counselor & instructor, still enjoy the role of mentor, and am NOT a shy, quiet introvert.
